At last ... May 13, 2006

The foundation was in; we awaited septic, water and electric hookups!

The Stronghold has been moved from this original wooded lot to one further down Presley Creek Drive.

Due to an issue with the septic field on the original site, the house will be moved to this area

With a name inspired by Miriam Haynie's fascinating 1959 history of the Northern Neck, our new house features three bedrooms, two baths, a living room, family room, kitchen, dining room, morning room and laundry room.

We've dreamt of a sanctuary like this for some time, and now it's become a reality. A place to relax, to enjoy time together with friends and family, to make memories.
